Wrench-less Refrigerant Coupling
Connections - Both Male and Female Under Residual Pressure
The new FASTER RFLS Wrench-Less refrigerant coupling uses a unique and patent
pending low friction connecting mechanism, combined with a double
lead thread to allow the operator to connect refrigerant and fluid
lines, without the use of tools and while under pressure. It only
takes two turns of the double lead sleeve to complete the connection of the refrigerant coupling.
When the low profile refrigerant coupling is properly threaded together, a color
coded ‘Locking Sleeve’ automatically snaps in place. The refrigerant coupling
can not be inadvertently disconnected. The RFLS can not be operated
in a partially connected position if the safety sleeve is locked in
place. The unique low friction sleeve imparts virtually no twist to
any hose used with the female, so damage to connecting hoses is
eliminated. UL Listing in process.
